It is a great short video with a lot of information. As you age, you lose muscle mass and increase fats in your body. This weakens the immune system and become prone to all kinds of illnesses. To avoid this, go for weight training which will increase the muscle mass and increase metabolism to burn the fats in your body. You grow stronger with lean muscles.

It is also good to point about eating smaller meals frequently than the traditional 3 meals, where by then, one will be very hungry and would tend to eat more than necessary which without knowing, you increase fats deposits in your body.  Smaller meals keep you full the entire day, avoiding one from overeating.
