Compensation Plan

The Whole Wellness Club compensation plan is built around the experience of two veteran network marketers. Chuck Dhuey and John Rosanbalm have been in the network marketing industry since 1990. They both have seen network marketing companies come and go and make changes to pay plans leaving the distributor in a bad position. No one wants to work hard at developing a stay at home residual income to see the company change the compensation plan.

Whole Wellness Club posts members commission earnings within the first three days of the month. Many months the commissions are posted on the 1st day of the month. Members that have a Global Cash Debit Card can get their commissions loaded on to their card the very first week of the month. The company treats distributors very well.

In 2007 on my small farm in Northwest Washington, Chuck and John designed a powerful compensation plan that is designed to pay out 60 percent of the money coming into the company back to the distributor. The initial part of the pay plan is a simple 2 x 4 matrix. This means you have 2 members directly under you and those 2 have 2 and your 2 x 4 matrix has a total of 30 people. By making the matrix 2 wide instead of 3 or 4 wide, the matrix encourages teamwork and members that find there two people can then work with those two people and keep the duplication process going. A 3 wide matrix is much harder to build because most people in a network marketing opportunity sponsor an average of 2.3 people.

Rapid Rewards Bonuses

There is also a Rapid Reward Bonus that pays 50 percent of the commissionable volume of each new member you sponsor into the company. The sponsor's sponsor is also paid 10 percent on all initial orders. If any of your members drop out for 182 days and then come back and purchase product again, you will earn the rapid reward bonus again.

Matrix Income

There are three bonuses in the basic pay plan. Bonus A is the 4 level income. To earn on your 4 level income, you just need to have $40 of CV ( commissionable volume ) each month. Here is where the program gets interesting. Your matrix expands to a 2 x 8 matrix and to earn a 4 level match on the people who fall on your fourth level, you just need to have $80 of CV. The 4 level match is Bonus B. You pick up income down 8 levels. The 2 x 8 matrix holds 510 people.

Bonus C is a four level match on every single person you sponsor into the Whole Wellness Club.

Expandable Matrix

Whole Wellness Club has developed software that converts the basic 2 x 8 matrix into a true 3 x 8 matrix. The company hired a programmer that has developed recursive programming. No other marketing company has this programming. Here are the details about how your income grows. When your matrix is filled 6 levels deep with at least 2 people on everyone's first level, then your matrix converts to a 3 wide by 8 level deep matrix. Your old 2 wide matrix is now nested within and a part of your new 3 wide matrix. With a 3 wide matrix you can now have 3 people on your first level, 9 on your 2nd level, 27 on your 3rd, and 81 on your 4th for a total of 120 members. If you fill a 3 wide matrix 4 levels deep with 120 members who each have $120 of personal volume, your income from those first 4 levels will be $1699.

The 81 people on your 4th level will be motivated, just as you and I were at the outset, to sponsor 2 people in order to qualify for the matching bonus. The company will continue to add mounting motivation to each of those who have not sponsored 2 by reminding them of the matching bonus they are leaving on the table by not qualifying for it. Anyone with motivation and effort can sponsor 2 or more people and, therefore, every one of the 81 people can build a 2×4 matrix. They can each earn $343 from their 4 level matrices.

If you multiply 81 people times $343 and add to that the $1699 you will be earning from your own 4 level matrix, your income will be over $29,482 a month on 2,550 people. That's over $10 payout on average per member in your downline! This is an astounding payout. The average network marketing company involved in nutrition pays out about $2 or $3 per member in the the downline. Value Package Commission System

There is also a Value Package Commission System pay plan that pays out on four levels of your sponsorship lineage. The plan is a unilevel that is overlayed on your 2 x 4 matrix. You can go as wide as possible and you also earn bonus commissions on your first four levels of sponsorship. The pay out per level is as follows:

This plan is additional income and is separate from your matrix income. Participation in the VP Commission System is optional.

To qualify to be eligible for VP Commissions you must meet two requirements.

1) You must make at least one purchase of any Value Package. There are many packages. We recommend the BP112 (Wellness Power Package) listed in your shopping cart for $199.

2) The VP Commission system is optional and it is separate from the Matrix Commission system, but one of the requirements of the VP Commission system is related to your activity in the matrix.

Here is the 2nd requirement:

You must have generated at least $40 of personal commissionable matrix volume during one of the most recent two calendar months (the current month OR the previous month). This volume must have been generated prior to the VP commissionable purchase you wish to receive commissions on.

The commissions are paid out live in real time – they are posted to your commission account. The commissions are paid out through 4 generations of VP commission qualified members dynamically compressed from your sponsorship lineage. That means that Whole Wellness Club will always find someone qualified to receive the commissions and pay it out. VP commissions are not related to your matrix commissions.
